Online Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery for national orders. The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with your online order number from www.malletfootwear.com we offer a free exchange service.

We offer to exchange the item for a new pair in the same style, size, and color of original purchase or if we do not have stock we will offer you another style or provide you with store credit.


Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires.

What if my items are damaged or defective  

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email support@malletfootwear.com with your order number and a photo of the footwear and we will take care of you! We offer a free service to get your Mallets back to us.

We replace the defective item with a new pair in the same style, size and color of original purchase or provide you with store credit. 
Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires.

Please note the items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with an order number and the usual 14 days from the date of purchase applies.

How long will it take to get my store credit
Please allow 7 working days for your store credit. Once we have received and accepted your item(s) your store credit will be processed and we’ll send you a gift card via email.
